Dear colleagues, respected friends of the medical fraternity,
It is with deep emotion and immense honor that I address you today at the dawn of a decisive milestone for the future of our profession. The Association of Liberal General Practitioners of Constantine (AMGLC) draws its strength from an absolute certainty: liberal general medicine is the beating heart of our healthcare system, the first resort of citizens, and the vigilant guardian of public health.
Faced with rapid transformations in medical practice and the growing demands of our daily work, our association strives to be a space of unity, confraternal solidarity, and renewal. Our sacred mission is to elevate healthcare quality through premier Continuous Medical Education (CME), value the liberal practitioner, and offer mentorship worthy of our historic city.
Our digital platform provides a unified hub: streamlined membership management, access to scientific publications, and registration for the 1st Annual Constantine General Medicine Congress 2026.
